Velvet – The Restaurant – was born from the idea of Antonio Schena and Corrado Montebello who, after nearly 30 years of top-level catering, no longer felt satisfied with the artificial world of fine dining. They wanted more: quality, flavor, beauty, but without the ostentation of perfection for its own sake. The goal was to create a place capable of combining conviviality and gastronomic research, in a contemporary and accessible atmosphere. Not a rigid restaurant, but a vibrant space, where the cuisine engages with the local area and is attentive to both quality and the overall experience. The simplicity of the raw materials guides the creativity. There are three tasting menus: “Profumi”: with four courses and a price of €35. “Sapori”: with four courses for €40. And the all-truffle variant of the “Sapori” menu, for €65.

ELEGANCE: The restaurant is warm, welcoming, and finely furnished. Sixteen seats, in an elegant and refined atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of time. 

COMFORT: Our outdoor area seats 120 people, making it easy to organize corporate events, anniversaries, and private parties. During the summer, it becomes a natural extension of our Pool Bar. 

RELAX: The pool and pool bar are perfect for spending days in complete relaxation. Nature, a dip, and a poolside aperitif: what more could you ask for?
