The Camping Area
Toscana Village is about 50.000 m2 and it is located on a hill in the valley of the Arno river in a mixed grove of cypresses and pines. It is the ideal solution for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the green Tuscan hills but who also want to take advantage of it as a starting point to discover the artistic beauties of this region.
The camping area develops on a terraced shady grassy land and to those who really enjoy camp life, there are many spacious pitches( 70 – 100m2) suitable to accommodate tents, campers and even large caravans.
Guests can choose their own pitch with car parking and they can also take advantage of new sanitary and hygienic services with free hot showers ( also private bathrooms for rental), sinks and washbasins, disabled toilets, washing machines and dryers.
Electricity connection and water supply are also at the guests disposal for free and they are close to the pitches.
There is also camper service available like water refill and chemical toilet emptying

Location
Our 135 plots are set in a small pine forest surrounded by a selection of fruit trees so we can offer both shade or sunny plots and our average plots are between 70-100 m2. We are located on a hill in the valley of the Arno river in a mixed grove of cypresses, pines and fruit trees.
We have lots of mobile homes with private gardens which are sited in various locations throughout the park so we can offer our guests privacy and comfort.
The geographical position of Toscana Village is very convenient, we are in the heart of Tuscany close to the main cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, so this give our guests a great starting point for any site seeing and the local train runs directly into the centre of both Florence and Pisa, this is a great way to visit these cities and there is free car parking at our local station.
The Village is just 5 minutes from the FIPILI making it the perfect location for stop overs for camping, motor homes and camper vans.
We are also only 30 minutes drive from our preferred private beach, where you will find shallow warm waters of the mediterranean sea. Toscana Holiday Village is the perfect place for a pleasant stay in the rolling Tuscan hills.
